Team-Work Evaluation Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective November 2026 · Licensor: Team-Work Software, LLC
Draft for counsel review. Governing law and venue: [TO BE COMPLETED].
By requesting a Team-Work self-host kit and accepting these terms on behalf of your organization, you agree to all three parts below.
Part A — Evaluation license
A1. Grant
Team-Work Software, LLC grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Team-Work software solely for internal evaluation until your organization accepts the Team-Work Production End User License Agreement. A real server that shows the evaluation banner is an evaluation install.
A2. Restrictions
This grant does not authorize production use, access to source code, redistribution or public republishing of images or packages, sublicensing, or building a competing product.
A3. Ownership
Team-Work Software, LLC retains all rights in the software. Third-party components remain under THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md.
A4. Feedback
Suggestions are licensed back to Team-Work Software, LLC without obligation to use them.
A5. No warranty; no support
The software is provided as-is, without warranty. There is no support agreement or SLA under these terms.
A6. Supersession
Acceptance of the Production EULA supersedes this evaluation license for that organization’s use.
A7. Termination
Breach ends the evaluation grant. Stop using the software and delete copies obtained under this grant, except as permitted by a then-effective Production EULA.
Part B — Download service
B1. What this site provides
Access to download a Team-Work self-host kit via an approved link after email verification and review. This is not a support agreement, SLA, SaaS subscription, or consulting engagement.
B2. Requests
A valid work email is required. You represent that you are requesting the kit on behalf of your organization and that the details you provide (name, work email, company, role) are accurate.
B3. Verification and approval
You must confirm your email before the request enters review. Download links are issued only after approval and are sent by email.
B4. Download links
Links are time-limited, single-use, and personal. Do not share them.
B5. No support
Source review, support, and other licensing are available separately — contact licensing@team-work.org.
B6. Trademark
These terms do not grant permission to use Team-Work marks except as needed for attribution under NOTICE.
B7. Changes
Continued use of the download service after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms for new requests.
