Download Access Terms

These terms govern use of the team-work.org download service. They do not replace the Apache License 2.0 that applies to the software itself.
1. Software license
Team-Work software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. These terms do not limit Apache rights once you receive a copy.
2. What this site provides
Access to download a copy of Team-Work via an approved link. This is not a support agreement, SLA, SaaS subscription, or consulting engagement.
3. One kit, reviewed access
A single self-host kit is distributed. The same kit can be run locally to evaluate and/or deployed to production — instructions for both are included; there is no either/or choice. A valid work email is required, and every request is reviewed before a download link is issued.
4. Verification and approval
You must confirm your email address (verification link) before your request enters the review queue. Download links are issued only after approval and are sent by email — no link is shown in the browser.
5. Download link
Links are time-limited, single-use, and personal. Do not share download links. Link expiry does not expire your Apache license to software you have already received.
6. Your representations
You represent that you are requesting the kit on behalf of your organization and that the details you provide (name, work email, company, role) are accurate.
7. No warranty
Software is provided as-is, consistent with Apache License 2.0 §7.
8. Trademark
These terms do not grant permission to use Team-Work marks except as required for attribution under Apache 2.0 and NOTICE.
9. No support
This service provides a software copy only; no support, consulting, or maintenance is included. Source code, support, and IP licensing are available separately — contact licensing@team-work.org.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the download service after notice constitutes acceptance.
