1. Controller
John R. Gregor operates the download request service at team-work.org. For privacy requests contact: privacy@team-work.org.
2. Scope
This notice applies to the download request form on team-work.org only. It does not apply to self-hosted installations you operate after download.
3. Data collected
- Required: name, work email, company, job title, CAPTCHA verification
- Optional: intended deployment URL
- Verification & approval: email verification token, approval status and audit timestamps
- Technical: hashed IP address, timestamp, user agent (minimal)
4. Purpose
To verify your email, review and approve download requests, prevent abuse, maintain an audit log, and send verification and download-link emails.
5. Lawful basis
Legitimate interest in operating a software distribution channel and, where applicable, consent via form submission.
6. Subprocessors
- Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, R2, D1, Turnstile)
- Resend (transactional email, when email is provided)
7. Retention
Download request records are retained for up to 12 months from last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing by contacting privacy@team-work.org. We may need to retain your email until a pending download link is delivered.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed on Cloudflare's global network.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures including a private object store, rate limits, and hashed IP storage. We do not sell personal data.
11. Children
This service is not directed at children under 16.
12. Changes
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
